With the first ever Snowbiking event in the X-Games this weekend, take a look at the evolution of the young sport that crosses dirt bikes with snowmobiles. By literally attaching skis and tracks to dirt bikes, the athletes take the machines to places many thought were unreachable.
In Aspen, there will be a Snowbike Cross event that will pit the machines against each other in a race. It is sure to be huge publicity for the small sport and could be a launching pad for even more mainstream events.
