Chevy’s Carhartt concept Silverado was turning heads at SEMA last year, so it’s no surprise that it made a similar impression at the Detroit Auto Show this week. The 2017 Silverado 2500HD features the Carhartt logo and signature brown duck canvas inside the cabin. Chevy hopes to blend the hardworking image of the Carhartt brand with their line of trucks. “Thousands of people go to work every day and earn their paycheck in a Chevy truck while wearing a Carhartt,” said Sandor Piszar the marketing director for Chevy trucks. “Those products’ durability and versatility earn respect and loyalty that’s passed on — and that’s exactly what this concept explores.”
