There are so many things that this above video of a Ford F-350 loading fail can teach us. Mostly, it's a cautionary tale warning against hubris, ignorance, and just not thinking anything through.

Time to dissect what happened. First, you'll notice the angle of the ramp. Seems weird right? That's because it is. If this is a secret trailer-loading technique though, then this guy's attempt had the same finesse as trying to hammer a piece of thread through the eye of a needle.

Next, it's time to pay attention to the trailer instead of the dunce behind the wheel of the brand new, soon-to-be-ruined pickup. Notice anything missing? If you guessed wheel chocks, then you nailed it. It's simple: the trailer is on wheels. If you apply force, that trailer will roll away. Thats where the sturdy support provided by chocks comes into play.

Also, it's a little bit hard to tell from the above video because of the slow motion, but let's get another look at loading muck-up to see another way that this guy goofed.

In real time, you can see that his entire approach was way off, especially from a speed and trajectory aspect. Gotta go back to the drawing board after that disaster.

Finally, it's time to admire this driver's overall dedication in spite of everything. You have to imagine that he wasn't all that confident that his loading attempt would be a success. Yet he plowed right on through anyway. That takes some serious cajones. Terrible loading skills all around, but hey, at least he went for it.
