According to Goodyear we'll all be riding high with a couple pairs of big balls under our chassis. That's right, the future is here and it looks like a sphere. The classic tire company unveiled their bizarre looking concept, the Eagle-360, at the Geneva International Motor Show last year. These completely spherical tires are 3D printed and meant for the autonomous vehicles of the future. A spherical tire offers a larger contact patch, reduced sliding, and a smoother ride from more fluid lateral movement. Learn more about this weird concept in the video above.
