It may look like the perfect set dressing from the Fallout video game series, but this worn out old Cadillac is ready to roar. Without any windows and barely enough un-rusted metal to hold everything together, this Caddy only comes out on the sunniest of days. Its creative gearhead owner gives us a nice little walk-around showcasing the ridiculously over-powered Cummins diesel that's more in the hood than under it.
