Canada--land of maple syrup, free healthcare, and people so nice they apologize for apologizing. The Royal Canadian Mounted Police are still a bunch of awesome dudes, though. These plainclothes officers jump a suspect during a car chase and get him to the ground like a bunch of SWAT cops. Truly awesome stuff.
