Muscle cars are considered uniquely American. There are all sorts of lists available that try to rank the top muscle cars of all time, which is sort of like trying to rank the best burger of all time – it’s nearly impossible to come up with a list muscle car enthusiasts agree on.

You will see those American brands on the list. The Pontiac GTO. The Plymouth Barracuda. The Oldsmobile 442.

What about the Opel Diplomat V8? Or the Holden VH Commodore SS?

Those are muscle cars, too, but they’re not made in the good old USA. Car News Central put together a video of the five best, non-American muscle cars.
