Muscle cars are considered uniquely American. There are all sorts of lists available that try to rank the top muscle cars of all time, which is sort of like trying to rank the best burger of all time - it's nearly impossible to come up with a list muscle car enthusiasts agree on.

You will see those American brands on the list. The Pontiac GTO. The Plymouth Barracuda. The Oldsmobile 442.
