The new Corvette ZR1 looks like it might actually be hitting the market with a built-in afterburner. Chevrolet released footage showing the tail-end of what seems to be a test mule running around a track. The footage shows a steady stream of fire jetting from the car’s exhaust.

Fire shooting from the tailpipe of a sports car isn’t exactly news, but when it’s this sustained it definitely catches people’s attention. With 750 horses, the ZR1 is going to be flaunting a whole hell of a lot of power when it’s actually available to the public.
