The only thing better than owning a Corvette Grand Sport, could be owning one that belonged to NASCAR icon Dale Earnhardt Jr.
If that sounds appealing, then we have very good news for you. That's because you have precisely one more day to enter a raffle for a chance to win Junior's personal 'Vette. Finished in a bright yellow hue, Junior's Grand Sport comes equipped with a 460-horsepower engine, Chevrolet MyLink radio with Navigation, and a performance exhaust system.
Proceeds from the raffle will benefit the Dale Earnhardt Jr. Foundation, which helps children in need by supporting a network of organizations.
Raffle tickets are $25 a piece and only 10,888 will be sold. That's an increase of 2,000 tickets over previous years due to strong demand for raffle tickets, according to a report by Corvette Blogger.
While the first-place finisher gets Dale Jr.'s Corvette, there are also prizes for both second and third place.
Second gets the opportunity to become honorary pit crew members on a JR Motorsports team during an XFINITY Series race in 2018. This includes travel expenses, pit/garage access, and VIP gift bag, as well as tours of both the hauler and pit box.
Third place nets two tickets for the 2018 XFINITY Race at Charlotte Motor Speedway, including travel expenses, pit/garage access, and a $200 shopping spree at JR Nation.
"The Corvette raffle has been an incredible fundraiser for The Foundation for quite a while now," Dale Jr. said in a statement. "Our fans have really supported this initiative to help it become what it has. We're excited to increase the number of tickets this year and the opportunity that will provide us to raise even more money to support all of our charities that we work with."
