Kyle Busch has had a successful season and is in position to make the postseason, but his pit crew has had a very difficult season.

Busch's interim crew chief, Ben Beshore, is facing a one-race suspension for Busch's car having two loose lug nuts during Sunday's Cup Series race at Sonoma.

Busch finished fifth at Sonoma, but he might be searching for his third crew chief of the season.

Adam Stevens was Busch's crew chief prior to Beshore, but he is currently serving a four-race suspension after Busch's tires rolled off during the race at Dover.

Busch doesn't have a win this season, but he is currently No. 4 in the standings. Despite issues with his pit crew, he is still likely to reach the playoffs.

NASCAR officials are expected to reach a decision on Beshore by Wednesday.
