The 50th annual Snowball Derby is getting ready to kickoff at Five Flags Speedway in Pensacola, FL and at least one driver isn't too pleased with his starting position.
After Kyle Busch stepped away from his car Friday evening he shook his head in disbelief at his qualifying effort, according to the Pensacola News Journal.
Busch had a good test run at Five Flags Speedway 10 days ago that left him confident heading into qualifying. Unfortunately the confidence didn't convey into real life and he will start in the 15th position, among 56 drivers.
"In this car, you need to be better than where we're going to be," said Busch.

Busch won the Snowball Derby in 2009 and while he may be one of the biggest stars in NASCAR, he'll be starting the derby near the middle of the pack. Which as one might imagine, left Busch a bit upset.
"We didn't run what we needed to run there," said Busch. "It's really disappointing"
"It is what it is," added Busch. "Just could not get it quite to where it needed to come in. We just never got there. So we are not going to be where we needed to be."
