Donnica Patrick?
That's what happened here when, way back in 1997, an announcer told the world that "Donnica" Patrick would be featured on an segment of up-and-coming female athletes.
What makes this even more odd is the announcer flawlessly pronounced Tara Lipinsky (harder than Danica Patrick) and Anna Kournikova (much harder.)

The slip of the lip happened at the 1997 Primestar 500 at Atlanta Motor Speedway. Since then, anyone who follows Patrick surely has gotten her name right.
