NASCAR driver Landon Cassill was told earlier this month he won't be returning to Front Row Motorsports in 2018. Since that announcement, he's let loose on Twitter, insulting a couple of his Cup Series competitors.
The first trolling incident came after Matt Kenseth's mishap on pit road at Kansas, where he was disqualified from the race for having too many people working on his car in the pits. A few days later, the 28-year-old Cassill saw a Tweet from Jalopnik asking followers to, "Tell us about a time a simple repair job turned into a total shitshow."

As you can see, Cassill was quick to joke about Kenseth's infraction and it didn't go unnoticed by fellow Twitter users.

Now, after finishing 23rd at Martinsville, Cassill is back at it again with another vicous troll for one of his fellow NASCAR drivers.
If you watched the First Data 500 on Sunday, then you saw Denny Hamlin wreck Chase Elliott to take the lead with three laps to go. After the race, Hamlin was confronted by the 21-year-old Elliott for causing the crash and then Hamlin was booed loudly during his post-race interview when he tried to defend his actions.
Taking things a step further, Hamlin recently Tweeted an apology note regarding that crash, but Cassill quickly noticed something a little out of place with Hamlin's attempted apology.

If you do the math, you'll quickly see that if Hamlin is 36 years old, then he would've needed to compete in approximately 345 races per year in each of the past 29 years. Needless to say, that sounds like a bit of a stretch, even for a driver of Hamlin's talents.
The good news for Cassill is that his recent Tweet caught Dale Earnhardt Jr.'s attention, who brought up the idea of Cassill hosting his own podcast, according to USA Today.

That would certainly fill some of Cassill's time until he's able to convince another Cup Series team to give him a car to drive.
