Darlington Raceway will do the Earnhardt family a huge honor when it hosts the Southern 500 in September. The AP reports that the raceway will re-name its two towers after Dale Earnhardt Sr. and Dale Earnhardt Jr., who is retiring at the end of the season.

The towers will have "Earnhardt Towers" on the front with memorable moments from the two legends' careers on the back.

While the elder Earnhardt has the second most wins at the track with nine, Junior is still winless at the track. He will have one final shot at winning at the track known for being "Too tough to tame."
