Rookie of the year candidate's crew chief fined for the same mistake for the third time this season

Scott Graves is having a tough year. After the race at Bristol Motor Speedway, he was fined $10,000 for a loose lug nut found in post race inspections. This is Graves' third time this year getting fined for a loose lug nut according to NASCAR.com.

Graves took over as crew chief for Joe Gibbs Racing and promising rookie Daniel Suarez in late March and was fined for loose lug nuts at Pocono and New Hampshire before the latest infraction at Bristol.

Two teams in the Truck series were penalized as well. The Kyle Busch Motorsports No. 51 Toyota driven by Harrison Burton, and the Copp Motorsports No. 83 Chevrolet driven by JJ Yeley.
