Danica Patrick just finished her last season as a full-time driver, but she has indicated that she wants to race in the Daytona 500 and the Indy 500 in 2018.
However, she doesn't have a ride for either race, and her chances of racing in the Indy 500 have diminished in recent weeks since her talks with Chip Ganassi have stalled.
There's still a chance she races in the Daytona 500, and if that does indeed happen, she could also race in the Clash at Daytona the week before the Daytona 500. ESPN's Bob Pockrass reported that it's possible Patrick races at the Clash if she can secure enough sponsorship.
Danica is working on a ride for the Daytona 500. Would make sense to run The Clash as long as enuf sponsor $$ to run that race so can get used to racing with that team. So TBD. https://t.co/WHBZwEOcad

Patrick earned a spot in the Clash at Daytona by winning the pole for the Daytona 500 in 2013.
More than likely whoever fields car for Danica in 500 would do Clash so they have chance to work together.

If she does secure a ride for the Daytona 500, it's likely whatever team she races for will have a ride for her for the Clash so they can work together for more than just one week.
Patrick is one of 20 drivers who are eligible to race at the Clash, and it's certainly possible she races in back-to-back weekends in Daytona if she can find a team.
