JR Motorsports has four team members in the Xfinity playoffs, including Elliott Sadler, William Byron, Justin Allgaier and Michaell Annett.
The team is co-owned by Dale Earnhardt Jr., and those drivers discussed the impact of having Junior as the team owner as someone they can go to for advice.
Sadler is the oldest member on the team, and he's known Earnhardt the longest. He said the support and love from Earnhardt goes a long way and gives him confidence when he races each week.
"The biggest thing Dale's told me is just be yourself and do your thing," Sadler said.
Michael Annett said one thing he's learned from Dale Jr. is that he doesn't lose his composure and that he never gets too high or too low.
"A team owned by Dale Jr., obviously there's a lot more eyes on us.," Annett said. "There's a lot of pressure because there's a lot of expectation."

William Byron, who is in the lead in the Xfinity standings and will be moving to the Cup Series next year, said Dale Jr. always helps put him in position to win.
"I think Dale's just given me the advice of how to approach the whole year," Byron said. "Just give it 100 percent each lap on the racetrack and make sure you can put yourself in position to try and win."
Right behind Byron is Justin Allgaier, who said he was told by Junior not to make a bad day worse.
"I think the best advice that Dale's given me going into these playoffs is just that you're going to have bad day. It's inevitable. But don't make the bad days worse. Don't let those bad moments get you down."
