Dale Earnhardt Jr. is a self-proclaimed diehard Washington Redskins fan, and he was able to hang out with a few players from the team on Tuesday.
Earnhardt took five Redskins players to Richmond Raceway to ride with him in a NASCAR two-seat racer, and then he was able to go watch the team practice during their afternoon workout.
Quarterback Kirk Cousins, Will Compton, Ryan Kerrigan, Josh Norman and Morgan Moses joined Earnhardt for the ride-around, and they also got to ride in a brand new Chevy Camaro at about 115 mph.

Earnhardt also ran a few routes against Josh Norman, and he runs a pretty nice out route.
As a diehard fan, this was a dream come true experience. Thanks for the hospitality of the staff, players, and fans!! #HTTR https://t.co/eFpn6Se0JO

Earnhardt said he was so excited about joining the Redskins that he left his truck running for eight hours at the airport.
I was so geeked out about going to @Redskins training camp today, I left my truck running all day at the airport. No bs.

So if you are wondering a Chevy Colorado at idle for 8 hours only burns just over a quarter tank of gas. ?? https://t.co/8uDgSjRmZ6
