Dale Earnhardt Jr.'s retirement means his former team and crew will be in different roles next season and beyond, and one of Earnhardt's closest coworkers just completed his last day with JR Motorsports.
Earnhardt tweeted that his road manager, Tyler Overstreet, will be moving to Joe Gibbs Racing next season to work with Daniel Suarez.
My road manager @overstreetyler completes his last day @JRMotorsports. He?s going to work with @Daniel_SuarezG next season @JoeGibbsRacing. They are getting an incredible hire in Tyler. Gonna miss working and spending so much time with him.

It sounds like Joe Gibbs Racing and Suarez are getting a great new team member in Overstreet.
