While the NASCAR Cup Series is on a one week hiatus, the Xfinity Series has a race this Sunday at Road America for the Johnsonville 180.
This weekend's race is a golden opportunity for numerous drivers to improve their standing in the points as the playoffs inch closer.
Brendan Gaughan is currently 12th in the points and the last driver in the current playoff field, but he is extremely confident heading into Sunday's race.
Gaughan went so far as to guarantee a victory on Sunday, according to NBC Sports. He won at the road course in 2014, and he believes he has what it takes to secure another victory this weekend.
