Both Keselowski and Ford get drought relief at Martinsville

It has been an excruciating wait. Brad Keselowski had won 22 races in his 13 year career, but never once at Martinsville. For Ford, a win at the half mile short track hadn't come since 2002.

Battling with Kyle Busch for the lead over the final 34 miles of the race, Keselowski grabbed the top spot with 42 laps left and would never relinquish it.

After the win, Keselowski was thrilled, and, according to NASCAR.com, said:

"This track is 70 years old and a lot of legends have won here. It feels great to be able to join them and bring home a clock. A lot of people don't know this, but those clocks are built in my hometown in Rochester Hills, Michigan, so it's cool to get one of them from back home... I don't like to keep trophies at my house, but this one's going to my house. That's how special it is."

Keselowksi became the season's first two-time winner and is fourth in the standings, 34 points behind Kyle Larson in first.
