A Florida woman was arrested and jailed in Indiana on a fugitive warrant that claims she stalked and harassed NASCAR legend Tony Stewart for more than a year.

A probable cause affidavit says the woman, Mary Kathleen (Kathi) Russell, was taken into custody on suspicion of stalking, terroristic mischief and intimidation -- all felonies. Russell was arrested in Cape Coral, Florida, and she is in custody in the Lee County jail.

According to Bob Pockrass of ESPN, Russell was angry that Stewart didn't sign a piece of memorabilia.

A report from WRTV in Indianapolis, citing a probable cause affidavit, said Russell had been harassing Stewart since March 2016, and she has made 333 calls to him, members of his family, his company and his sponsors from six different phones between March 2016  and October 2017.

Additionally, she allegedly reported that Stewart's plane was transporting narcotics. She allegedly sent a white powder to his attorneys, but the white powder was actually baking soda, the report said.

The incident caused an anthrax scare at the Indianapolis law firm Ice Miller LLP.

Stewart hasn't released a statement regarding the issue.
