There's a lot going on in NASCAR today, whether it be Kevin Harvik winning the pole at the Southern 500, or Denny Hamlin winning the pole in the Xfinity Series race, to Joe Gibbs Racing and Daniel Suarez losing a sponsorship under odd circumstances.

We know Alt-Driver readers can't read all of the comments, so here are some of the best from today:

On Joe Gibbs losing Subway as a sponsor:

Brett Jeffries It's 100 percent due to the fact that FANS are not too interested in all this new BULLSHIT RACING !!!and these sponsors who have been waiting for the miracle NASCAR turnaround promised by Brian (DUMBASS) France not only has it not appeared but things are getting worse by the day !! and it's been proven A LOT LATELY !!! the sponsers are fed up !! and since I know the DOUBTERS will chime in IF YOU CANT PROVE MY POINT WRONG KEEP YOUR YAPS SHUT !!!

Dave Jones 10 years, NASCAR will be dead.

On NASCAR ratings continuing to crash:

Mike Sommers the ratings are down ONLY because the races are being show on inferior networks....IE...cable or satellite only like nbcSN or FoxSports1. END of mystery!

Larry Overby Sr. No way it's nascar stupid rules that's hurting them.

On Richard Petty Motorsports and its uncertain future:

Mary Bowen Schreiber If they can only field one car, why in the world would they give up Almirola for Wallace? That's just plain stupid

On Dale Earnhardt Jr. getting to keep his team positive during a down season:

Linda M. Gutzwiller Stay positive Jr., I'm afraid your season was over the minute you announced your retirement, they have been using you to test for Jimmy and Chase all season, such a shame.

On Jeremy Clements liking the new rule that limits Cup drivers in XFinity:

Craig Taylor I think there should be no Cup drivers in Xfinity or the Camping World truck series at all.

Kirby Bourgeois Cup drivers should stay out of the Xfinity races. Creates unfair advantage of track time

Ken Chester This young man hit the nail right on the head, Listen NASCAR he has a valid point. Wake up NASCAR.
