Volvo’s stylish and sophisticated update to the S90 platform is specifically aimed at those either important enough or with enough money to be driven around by a chauffeur. Hence the rationale behind losing the front passenger seat in favor of a storage compartment for one’s shoes, and a fold-away “lounge console” with an iPad holder and keyboard, in addition to a tray table. The center armrest also folds down to reveal a champagne cooler, complete with glassware. This unique approach to luxury and limousine design is set for market in the 2018 model year.
