The Kanjo is 5-mile loop of interconnected highway on the Hanshin Expressway which surrounds the Japanese city of Osaka. These street racers, who keep their faces covered and call themselves Kanjozoku, treat the “Loop” as their own private raceway, despite heavy resistance from police, who hand out serious and harsh punishment for racers they capture. For the Kanjozoku, this is more than just racing. This is their car culture and no one gets to take it from them.
