If you're driving around with a pack of bikers you're bound to draw a lot of attention. That attention, will, in turn, draw a lot of police presence, especially if you act like a total asshole on the road.
When the cops arrive you're faced with one of two options: A) Do what you can to avoid pissing them off so you can go on your way. B) Try and piss them off further. Well, this idiot chose option B and popped a wheelie behind a police cruiser right before driving into it. Naturally, the cop immediately sprang out of the car and promptly arrested the biker.
Not to be that guy to state the obvious, but this dummy definitely had that coming.
