Aussie Lambo owner Mark Trueno received a ticket and fine for a noise violation in October 2015 for revving his Huracan “too loudly” outside of a Brisbane, Queensland, Australia hotel. Trueno contested the ticket and fine on the grounds, as his lawyer puts it, that it’s “too easy for police to just throw random accusations and allegations against drivers.” Last week, after nearly $1100 US dollars in court fees (which was significantly more than the initial $286 US dollar fine), a Brisbane Magistrate court overturned the fine. Trueno said, “It’s not about the money—it’s about making sure that you stick to your principles.”
