It's a well known fact that you shouldn't be in the left lane unless you're passing a slower driver in the right lane. Granted, many of us live in the left lane but we make sure to either speed up or get the hell out of the way when someone faster comes along. This idiot driving the van decides that going slow in the left lane is his right! He keeps doing it even as a cop pulls up behind him then he manages to actually brake check the officer!
