Truck driver has been charged with DUI in this fiery crash, and it's not the first time he's been arrested

A South Carolina truck driver is being charged with his 4th DUI after crashing his tractor-trailer into a barrier causing a massive fire.

Jeffrey B. Mosier, 55, of South Carolina, was arrested by Delaware State Police after the fiery crash almost killed him, and caused thousands in property damage. The tractor-trailer burst into flames causing a large brush fire and extensive damage to the roadway. The I-295 area was shut down for seven hours after the accident.

According to 6abcnews.com, Mosier was previously convicted of DUI in 2010, 2011, 2014, yet continued to operate his truck.  He is not only facing his 4th DUI, but was also charged with refusing a blood/breath test while operating a commercial vehicle, and failure to remain within a single lane. Mosier is being held on a $6,300 cash bond.
