Crafted to center-load haul trucks with haulage capacities of up to 400 tons, the L-2350 has an operating payload of 80 tons, a 24-foot lift height, and an 11.5-foot reach. On top of that, it's also rocking the world's largest tires that measure at 13 feet tall and five feet wide. As Mark Barr, who was the Chief Engineer at LeTourneau, Inc. at the time that the above History Channel episode aired, puts it, "We can dig an Olympic-size swimming pool in just a few scoops. I know we just have to be the envy of all the kids that are playing in their sandbox. We just happen to have the biggest sandbox and the biggest toys to play with."
