When you go to turn in your leased vehicle back to the dealership, they’re going to check it for normal things like scratches and dings, and other wear and tear. You can certainly get away with enhancing modifications like auto wraps, lift kits, and tires, but can you modify things like a turbo and not affect your lease contract? The short answer is yes. The long answer is that you can modify whatever you’d like, provided when it comes time to return the lease, you swap out all of those aftermarket components with their regular stock components, and your dealership will likely be none the wiser.
