Check out the BMW F1 BT52, the most powerful F1 engine ever. Developed by BMW Motorsport GmbH under the watchful eye of Technical Director, Paul Rosche, the Brabham BMW BT52 is a 16 valve 1.5-liter four-cylinder with a turbocharger and one of a kind digital motor electronics. This thing cranks out so much power the designers had to guess it must have reached around 1,400 hp because as Rosche said, "the dyno didn't go beyond 1,280 hp."
