The ETI CO LTD company from South Korea has developed a brilliant new barrier that they predict will save millions of lives. A series of yellow rollers are pinned between metal beams that turn the whole barrier into one long conveyor belt. When a vehicle slides off road, the trajectory and impact energy are transfered laterally through the rollers. The result is a safer crash that poses significantly less risk of injury for the vehicle's occupants.
