Dale Walter fell in love with Max's post-apocalyptic, wasteland wandering Interceptor when he first watched George Miller's masterpiece over 30 years ago. The same Interceptor has been featured in every Mad Max film since. Back in 2008, Dale hired the company Mad Max Cars to help convert his 1982 Australian Ford Falcon into Max's iconic car. It took about $160,000 (in Australian dollars) and 5 years of work to turn it into the Interceptor mirror that has an incredible 450 HP and even has a police PA system!
