Mazda’s crisp new all-white Mazda MX-5 Miata Speedster Evolution starts by cutting out an additional 100 pounds on top of the 150 pounds already missing in the previous iteration of the sporty convertible and replaces that weight reduction with more of what you want: speed. The ambitious concept ditches the roof, and the windshield completely in addition to replacing most of the panels with carbon fiber and removing the door handles in favor of race pulls. While you’re unlikely to see this concept turn into a salable model, you may see Mazda’s other new Miata, the Kuro, hit the streets with its beautifully minimal hard top variant.
